Donations to the ARIAS Scholarship Fund
In 1952, A R I A S: Canadian Opera Student Development Fund, then refered to as the Canadian Opera Women's Committee, introduced its tradition of awarding scholarships to opera students in the Opera Division of the Faculty of Music at the University of Toronto. Since then over 725 scholarships have been presented. These scholarships were made possible through the generous support of benefactors, patrons, endowments, sustaining members and donors.

ARIAS gladly welcomes new supporters. In our efforts to encourage and support talented opera singers in training, we encourage those who may be considering a donation to ARIAS to establish an endowment towards a scholarship. A scholarship may be created as a tribute to a friend or relative; by marking a special occasion; or to remember an individual through a memorial dedication.
